Question

I have just upgraded to RUT2_R_00.07.01 and now I cannot login to the RUT240 remotely through the RMS.
It is online in the RMS. WebUI is reachable. Access link can be created. I enter my login and password in the new login screen and then go through to the next screen. It's faded out with the new website partially visible with a spinning circle and the word 'loading'. It stays like this and doesn't allow me to proceed to amend settings etc.

The RUT240 is remotely deployed and I cannot access it physically or through the RMS to provide any debug scripts etc.

I had to roll back to FW ver.: RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.5 to get WebUI Access.

Please help.

Hello,

Have you tried it with the latest firmware RUT2_R_00.07.01.2? I tested this solution and it's working without the issues.

Also please check whether your RUT240 have a stable internet connection with good signal strength.
