Hi team,

I have a RUT950 not connecting to RMS. I've check internet connectivity, updated firmware, date + time, RMS credits, deleted / re-added the device from RMS. I've even CLI'd to the unit and can confirm it is attempting to connect with the same data that I am entering into RMS.

I believe the problem is on the RMS end - could someone please assist with checking this device? I've attached the relevant info.

Hello,

The correct serial number and LAN MAC address must be specified when registering the device on the RMS platform. From the screen shot I see, you made a mistake entering the serial number. Unregister this device and add it to your account with the correct details. Your serial number starts with 11076......., not 001423....
