Hi team,
I have a RUT950 not connecting to RMS. I've check internet connectivity, updated firmware, date + time, RMS credits, deleted / re-added the device from RMS. I've even CLI'd to the unit and can confirm it is attempting to connect with the same data that I am entering into RMS.
I believe the problem is on the RMS end - could someone please assist with checking this device? I've attached the relevant info.
