RUT950 not showing up

my RUT950 is not showing up on the internet connections page. I have tried resetting, after resetting all lights show up then disappear after a minute or so. Then are not on afterwords. Will not show up even if lights are on. Please can anyone help

Hello,

Double check the power supply.

Then try reinstalling the software via Bootloader menu. You can find instructions on how to do that here:
