I can access to all my devices from the plateforme teltonika-networks but in order to transfer files pratically I need to access to my devices directly from my computer.

The client openvpn shows no problem, but I can not access to my devices by ssh or even with ping.

How can I fixe my problem ?

Hi, I need more information about how it is configured, what device, what firmware? A description of the remote access settings is available in our wiki - https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT955_Administration#Access_Control

When enabling access in the specified WebUI section, the firewall rules should be automatically enabled. Also check their status and enable/ (create if you deleted them).
