Hello,

I have a TRB 245 and  I can not reach the device. DCHP of the device is open and the device distributes IP. My PC is taking IP with DCHP of the device but I can not ping the IP of the TRB245.  Also, 2G, 3G, 4G LEDs are blinking at the same time.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us, have you perform hard reset on the device?

It can be done by pressing reset button and hold it for minimal 10s, more detail on that is explained in this manual

Thank you for your interest. I can reach WebUI thanks.  I have another problem. I want to apply a web filter but Although it is written in the user manual on your website, I can not the TRB245. How to do a web filter on this device?
