I have WWAN and Mobile connections, with WWAN being the priority. If the WWAN goes down, the router Failovers to Mobile. But when WWAN comes back up again, it stays on Mobile. When I check the Interfaces it shows WWAN as 'Stopped' and when I check Wireless it also shows 'Stopped' - see attached. Within the Failover settings for WWAN I have switched on 'Flush connections on' both 'Connected' and 'Disconnected'. How can I get it to switch back to WWAN once it is available again? Thanks

Hello,

Thanks for contacting TELTONIKA | Crowd-support forum.

In order to set up the WWAN as the primary WAN connection, enter in your device’s WebUI, go to Network > Failover then drag & drop your WWAN interface into the head of the list.

Otherwise, it is recommended that you upgrade the router's Firmware whenever there is a new version.

Please try to upgrade the router’s firmware to latest one RUTX_R_00.07.01.2, without keep setting.

Firmware can be upgraded either from server or from an image uploaded from your computer.
