Question

I have an issue with internet connection with only the sim2. 

If I take the same simcard in the first simholder --> everything works fine

The apn is setted exactly the same for the 2 sim holders. 

Data connection

Disconnected

I'm working on the FW version: RUT9XX_R_00.06.08.3 version

Thanks for contacting TELTONIKA | Crowd-support forum.

Kindly be informed that the Primary card section is used to select which SIM slot will host the router's primary SIM card. The primary SIM card is the one which is active by default, while the secondary card stays inactive until switched to or set as primary.

Please note that both SIM cards cannot be active at the same time.

Otherwise, it is recommended that you upgrade the router's Firmware whenever there is a new version.

The problem is, even if i switch on the sim2 as primary sim card, I still have the problem.

I will look for a firmware update in last resort. I can only use those for mass production in my situation.

Do you have a test configuration where only the sim2 is putted in and set as the primary sim card that work ?
