Using multiple RUT240 with good result. Tonight one of them stopped responding and troubleshooting today so far:

1. There does not seem to be a working mobile connection to it
2. Confirmed via LAN (connected laptop) and router interface that the device is not connected to the mobile network.
3. Signal strength indicates good signal
4. SIM card is present, detected and paid with working dataplan (confirmed with carrier and with SIM card moved to cellphone).
5. Router reboot, powercycle, reset and updated to latest firmware, still don't want to connect.
6. As noted above, SIM card works in cellphone directly, other SIM card in router has the same effect, no connection.
7. Everything in settings on auto and allowing 4-3-2 G. Antenna seemes intact.

Note that this is a since long working setup which failed overnight. The SIM card is roaming abroad normally.

Hello,

When the issue reappears, you can run logread via CLI/SSH or download the Troubleshoot file from the device. Turn the device on for 5-10 mins, then after that, you can download the troubleshoot file in the System > Administration > Troubleshoot page.

In that file, you’ll find log files (system.log, gsm.log...) that you can analyze or share with the community here. Maybe we’ll be able to see what’s wrong with mobile connection.

Regards.
