Failed to establish SSH connection. I can connect to two other devices and uploaded new firmware, nothing is helping. Perhaps something to do with firewall on RUT

Hello, if you haven't changed any kind of setting on the firewall, it should let you connect via the webUI or SSH, by default there isn't any kind of traffic rule that would not let you to connect when you are using a LAN port.  I suggest to try a simple reset by quickly pressing the reset button one time, if this wouldn't solve the issue try a complete factory reset of the device.

You can find the instructions for the factory reset in this link:  https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT300_Device_Recovery_Options#Factory_reset

I reset tried another internet connection with less firewalls, after a while I got a connection. Is RMS enabled? Best to reset to factory setting then plug it in and register it with rMS then if it is online you can try to access webui

Yes RMS is enabled on the router by default, you just have to register the device on your account, and if the device has an internet connection you can access the webUI and connect through SSH using RMS.

Hello if you haven't changed any configuration on the firewall there shouldn't be a reason why you can't connect to the SSH through a LAN port. You could try to restart the device and in case that doesn't work try a full factory reset with the instructions in the next link: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT300_Device_Recovery_Options#Factory_reset
