Question

I am able to use RUT240 with SunMAX SolarPoint - which has 24v passive PoE in one of their 4 ports.

connected LAN port of RUT240 to SunMAX SolarPoint of their PoE ports.

Issue: Sometimes RUT shows offline and disconneccted. I have to physically remove from the LAN port and plug it back in to work properly.

Am I missing any steps?

Can you confirm the type (is it power outage ?) and frequency of the disconnection by checking the logs ? There should be no disconnection issues when connected to passive POE so kindly check the POE settings and the set priority.

I did check the priority of the PoE is high. Also have made auto-reboot daily at a specific time and I am not getting disconnection issues. I am not sure it is a viable solution. But satisfying my use cases. Thanks.
