Good morning , i have five router 955 whit this problem in two day 

IMEI +CME ERROR: memory failure

FW version  EC25EUGAR06A03M4G

i noticed that the best modem version is EC25EUGAR06A06M4G

but whit my guide not possible upgrade the verison

chmod 755 /usr/sbin/upgrade_ec25_master.sh

it possible resolve the problem ?
