Good morning,

we are having trouble with a RUT240, which has been in service for a few years without any issues.

starting a few week ago, it locks up, we can not log into the device via a remote VPN (WebUI and SSH nither work)

We can not load any equiment WebUIs on the network, but can ping the addresses

Cycling the power brings it back online

We replaced the unit, loaded the saved config file, but the replacement unit does the same thing after 48-72 hours.

Hello, 

Regarding the issue, you are having it seems the device is working fine only that there are some mobile disconnection issues getting encountered. You are having a good RSSI value but the RSRP value is around -106 which is not good.

Kindly try to get this device or move this one near a window maybe and try to observe for 24-48hrs if it suffers disconnection.
