Dear Support,

I unpacked the box and installed the RUTX14 as per guide.

Log in failed and did already a reset and router is not responding and Log in not possible.

Will return the router and expect a new workable system.

Please try reinstalling the software via Bootloader menu. You can find instructions on how to do that here:
https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTXxx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu
If this does not help, please contact reseller in order to start RMA.

Dear Sigitas,

device will be send back to LSEZ Latvia LV-3401.

I´m a normal user and not able to do this type of changes. Just send a new device which will work without any issues.

Setup and installing is something which I´m able to do.
