Hi all

 i

however i am not able to get an answer from the device from over the  VPN ( firewall rule allowed) or from the local lan. i am   getting the  below error message when using the PRTG SNMP tester.

4/03/2022 21:52:18 (2114 ms) : DISMAN-EVENT-MIB::sysUpTimeInstance = No response (check: firewalls, routing, snmp settings of device, IPs, SNMP version, community, passwords etc) (SNMP error # -2003) ( 0 seconds )

14/03/2022 21:52:20 (4156 ms) : HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrSystemUptime.0 = No response (check: firewalls, routing, snmp settings of device, IPs, SNMP version, community, passwords etc) (SNMP error # -2003) ( 0 seconds )

i have included screen shots of the SNMP settings

i upgraded to the latest firmware RUTX_R_00.07.01.4

anyone able to assist with this please?

Hello,

 

About your issue please verify the SNMP configuration on your other devices, please double-check the community name on these devices.

 

About the configuration on your router please set the IP to 0.0.0.0 and the Network Mask to 0.0.0.0 on the community configuration.

It would be helpful if you could describe to me the reproduction steps of this issue and what you have tested.
