It works with the latest version of FW RUT9_R_00.07.01.4
I discovered an interesting problem.
To issue an sms command you have to enter the device password, in the format <SMS password><space><command> and everything works fine.

Ex. sms send:

 Admin001 status

logread:

Tue Mar 22 14:10:06 2022 daemon.info unhandler[2472]: libgsm[src/libgsm_auth.c:89]: All phone allowed
Tue Mar 22 14:10:06 2022 daemon.info unhandler[2472]: libgsm[src/libgsm_utils.c:3866]: input: Admin001
Tue Mar 22 14:10:06 2022 daemon.info unhandler[2472]: libgsm[src/libgsm_auth.c:247]: Authorization by password successfully

And I get a status text message:

But when the password contains a $ character the sms command does not go through.

Ex. sms send:

 Admin00$$# status
And I get a status text message:

Tue Mar 22 14:08:44 2022 daemon.info unhandler[2472]: libgsm[src/libgsm_auth.c:89]: All phone allowed
Tue Mar 22 14:08:44 2022 daemon.info unhandler[2472]: libgsm[src/libgsm_utils.c:3866]: input: Admin00$$#
Tue Mar 22 14:08:44 2022 daemon.info unhandler[2472]: libgsm[src/libgsm_auth.c:253]: Password: Admin00$$# not match

And no text messages are received.

Are you also experiencing this problem ? And will there be any update in the near future?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting .

I have tried it on my side and you are right its not working.

It worked for me when there are two ## in the password or @ in the password.

It also worked with one $ in the password but when i used two $ it didn't worked.

I have forwarded same info to the team .

Thanks.

Regards,

Ahmed
