Hello .

I'm trying to connect to my  EasyIo PLC controller web server over RMS HTTP remote access and show me incorrect credencials.

I was trying on Opera and Chrome browsers.

What can be the problem?

Hello,

Using RMS should not impact the login process to your device.

Could you confirm that you can login to the device from the local network, with the same credentials your were using to login via RMS?

Yes, over lan it's no problem. Also yesterday i setup RMS VPN hub and also connecting without any problem.

So the only issue you have, is when you try to connect to the WebUI of the PLC using RMS connect?

I'm only using the router for 5 days and so far so good accept the issue above.

When accessing the PLC using VPN connect, could you try to paste the login and password instead of typing it, sometimes, when using remote connections, some characters are sent in non standard ascii codes. Maybe this could be your issue.

If you go to the webpage via RMS, then right click and press inspect, go to console. Do you have any errors present?
