Using AT command on the TRM250.  We send a numbered sequence of SMS messages.  When we check both the SIM memory and the
hardware memory we cannot find the SMS.  The registers are empty.

After a power off and sending out an SMS we can then receive all the SMS we send from that point but the original SMS never arrive.

Any help or advice with commands that we are missing would be appreciated.

Hi,

If I understood you correctly, TRM 250 could not receive the SMS in begin and it worked after boot? How did you read the message after reboot?

Can you please let me know what AT COMMAND you used to read the messages you sent in different time of point.

Short message command can be found via link:

The issue is that the unit goes into some sort of deep sleep and messages sent to it at that time never arrive, even when the unit is re-booted.  We need some commands that effectively keep the unit in a state to receive SMS at any time.

Hi,

Can you please let me know which commands you used to keep the unit in a active state to receive SMS messages? Will the device turn to sort of sleep mode you've mentioned by itself without any operations? Do you need to use the commands every time after reboot to keep it active to receive SMS messages?
