Hello,

It is strange that you cannot reconnect again with the provider. Normally, even if some change happens, it reconnects back to the provider. Can you check the settings configured in the SIM? You can do this through Network→Mobile→General or Network→Mobile→Network Operators. It is possible that you have some settings set to manual, and after it disconnects from the provider it cannot reconnect.

can I do this with RMS? my router is far from me house!

Yes, of course, you can enter the WebUI of the device from RMS in the Actions option. Then when you are inside the device WebUI you can check the mentioned parameters.

On the other hand, if all the configuration looks correct. You can see more logs by ssh into the machine. This can also be done through the Actions tab in RMS. With the logread command, you can see all logs on the machine.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

If you do not yet have an account or have not yet registered your device on the platform, you can do so by following these steps.

To access the WebUI from the RMS you can access it by following these steps.

Lastly, I also don't know what firmware version you are using. You can upgrade the firmware version to a newer and more stable one. The steps are here as well.
