Question

Hi,

I have a rutx09 device connected and I have registered it. It is showing a grey dot signifying the device has been added but never shows up as green to say it's online. But on the device info on the latest connection news pane, it says every 10 seconds that Device has attempted to connect to the system." and this keeps on going while the device is plugged in. Can anyone tell me why the device is not showing online?

Could you show us a screenshot of your RUTX09 WebUI > Services > Cloud solution page? What does it say when you manually press connect? (erase your serial and MAC address before sharing a screenshot).
