Approx 40 devices lost connectivity to RMS this afternoon at the same time.

All devices have 4G connectivity and we can see are trying to connect to RMS.

Plenty of credits available.  What is going on?

also querying the device for monitoring status shows 'connected' but in RMS is offline...
