I’m using a Teltonika rut950 with a uk three sim in and I’m roaming in France.

I’ve tried to change the provider in network settings but all it does is show “Collecting data’ and the spinning wheel.

It’s connected to Bougyuer and I want to connect to Orange f.

I can change my iPhone data to this but struggling with the router.

Thanks for contacting TELTONIKA | Crowd-support forum.

Kindly be informed that Network operators section provides you with the possibility to manage mobile network operators to which the device's SIM card can connect to.

Enter in the router WebUI, go to Network > Mobile > Network operator section:

To select an operator manually, specify Connection mode: Manual and click 'Scan for Operators’

Will be prompted with a pop-up asking if you're sure. Click 'Scan' if you wish to proceed.

Wait for the scan to finish. As indicated by the onscreen message, the process can take up to 3 minutes.

Once the scan has finished, you will see the results in the 'Operators List'.

In order to lock the SIM card to using a single operator, place a check mark next to the relevant entry in the list and click 'Save & Apply'.
