please share L2TPV3 Configuration b/w RUT240 and Cisco..  as mentioned scenario. currently we are using new firmware in RUT240 and required the solution of transparent ETH over LTE connection. so kindly help us in this regards

We do not have an example of such configuration. However, information in this link provides an example on how to configure L2TPV3 client and server on Teltonika devices.
