can anyone help me to provide the L2TPV3 configuration with the Cisco route and RUT240?

Hello,

We do not have an example of such configuration. However, information in this link provides an example on how to configure L2TPV3 client and server on Teltonika devices. 

The configuration parameters details are provided in this wiki page.
