As in the subject line I cant see mobile data usage. The router has been working since over a month.

Hello,

Do you see any consumed data usage in the DATA USAGE tab on the device details page?

Double check and update your device firmware version if necessary.

No it is empty "Unauthorized" The firmware is the latest: RUT2_R_00.07.01.4

ok I managed to fix it by re-applying the latest firmware (keep setting = off)
