However, I think the problem is how you are configuring the VPN on the phone. For OpenVPN, you can create an OpenVPN configuration file for the client and upload it inside the app. This will allow you to connect that way. Otherwise, the VPN protocols supported by Teltonika and IOS devices are PPTP or L2TP. You must create a tunnel for those protocols and configure it on your phone in the same way.
