Hello all,

I want to establish a VPN connection from an iPhone to a RUT240 for a customer. I have already tried IKEv2 and OVPN both without success, can anyone help me here?

Hello,

I would like to know a little more about the configuration you are using on the RUT240. Do you have a public IP? How did you configure both VPNs in RUT240? How are you configuring the VPN connection from IOS? If you can share more information I can help you.

Yes the device has a public IP address over LTE. The device is also already running two other VPN tunnels without problems.

Hey, 

From the pictures, you provide the version of your RUT240 is a bit old. Maybe you can update it to the latest version. This might solve this problem. Here is a link so you can download the image. To upgrade, you can upload the image via System→Firmware

However, I think the problem is how you are configuring the VPN on the phone. For OpenVPN, you can create an OpenVPN configuration file for the client and upload it inside the app. This will allow you to connect that way. Otherwise, the VPN protocols supported by Teltonika and IOS devices are PPTP or L2TP. You must create a tunnel for those protocols and configure it on your phone in the same way.
