Question

Hi everyone.

I have just upgraded my laptop to a Dell that only has WiFi connectivity. Performance has dropped significantly, as I can only seem to Auto select the band, rather than previously (when logged in to the control panel via a LAN connection) when I could choose and lock on a specific high performing band.

I don't seem to be able to log in to the control panel on WiFi to do the same thing. Please can anyone help?

Hello,

If you are connected to the router via Wi - Fi, you should have no problem accessing the Web interface as you are connected to the device's LAN. Could you post the message that you receive, when attempting to login/access the web interface? Could you try and see if you are able to login using SSH client such as PuTTy? Also have you tried to factory reset the device, by holding the reset button for 12 to 20 seconds?
