RUT240 ON FIRMWARE RUT2_R_00.07.01.4 doesn't drop main wan route when ping fails

On RUT240 with firmware RUT2_R_00.07.01.4 , When in failover mode and ping fails, the main wan route isn't dropped so traffic continues to flow over the main wan.
