Hello,
- Try setting a static IP address on the computer‘s network interface (e.g. IP: 192.168.1.10,
GW: 192.168.1.1);
- Try to ping the router‘s default IP 192.168.168.1.1 from the PC;
- Try connecting to the router via SSH;
- Check how the router‘s LEDs behave during startup (router‘s LAN LEDs should blink
shortly when power is connected to the device. Then only LED near LAN port, to
which Ethernet cable is connected, should be blinking);
- If you have configured any of these, try to access the router remotely via RMS, public IP address, via VPN, or use Access Point.
- Try to do firmware upgrade via bootloader menu by following the proccess described here:
https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT9xx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu
If firmware upgrade wont help, you need to describe, what was wrong with this process. Were you able/unable to access bootloader menu and if firmware upgraded succesfully, was the device still unreachable.
