Hello guys,

I have upgraded my router to version 00.07.01.4 and after typing the correct username and password, the router page will not load (endless loading of the page). Signal strength LEDs are blinking every 1 sec. I left the router on overnight and it’s still the same. What should I do?

In the settings of the router, Services -> Input/Output -> Status I only see the Power Socket Pinout. I cant find the Power Socket Status, Input/Output Pinout and Input/Output Status. These options are no longer displayed after loss of tension. Resetting the device doesnt help. Is there any way I can restore it?

Thanks for help.

Hello,

Could you please login to the device using the SSH client (for example PuTTy), enter the following command:

hexdump -C -n 1000 /dev/mtd1

And post the output.

Best regards,

Žygimantas

Hello,

I would like you to do a couple more things:

  • Send me your device's serial number in a private message;
  • Generate the troubleshot file and send it to me. If you can access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there. Otherwise, login to the device via SSH, and simply enter troubleshoot.sh. This command will generate a troubleshoot file in the /tmp location. In order to transfer this file to your PC, please refer to this page: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/Upload_%26_Download_Files_from_RutOS.
