I cannot add my RUT to RMS because of a duplicate value.

The serial # is 10010987

I had it added previously but couldn't connect. Tried to delete it but then I couldn't add it again.

 I have same issue with my RUT950MG1XXX Model Sim Router cannot add my RUT to RMS because of a duplicate value both serial and mac address.


The serial # is 1100951785

Hi,

This device is still added in the company "h**e" and not deleted from the RMS, thus you can't add it once again now. I'm assuming that you want to use remote monitoring again ? If this is the case you need to get licenses because for this unit it expired at 2018 Nov 01.

The same goes for other devices in the same company/profile.
