All of a sudden about 3 Teltonikas will not connect to the internet via wifi connection. Did reset and all firmware upgrades. Pretty sure if a solution can be found it will be the same for all 3 units we have. Planning on inserting Verizon later but that has never prevented us from connecting to wifi before. Thanks

Hello,

The model of RUT240 you have is only certified to work in Verizon mobile networks, any other operator usually block mobile modems that are not certified for the particular USA mobile network.

Were you using a sim card from another mobile operator in the RUT240 when the internet connection dropped?

Well, we haven’t put the SIM cards in yet. But we could usually still connect the device to a wifi network and get some connectivity.

Could try to reflash the firmware completely using the bootloader menu.

Note: bootloader will only accept legacy firmware version, you can then upgrade back to RUTOS7
