Could you provide more details regarding your router's WAN source, are you using a wired or mobile connectivity or is it connected to another WiFi access point?
Also, I would like you to send me a troubleshoot file. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.
