Question

Hello Members, 

I am a gamer and play OSM multiplayer mode with my friends. In which I require a strong and continuous wifi signal. But my router rut240 keeps disconnecting after some time. And when I try to connect again, it takes almost 2-3 minutes. So then you tell me yourself how can I play games or do other tasks. I am really frustrated due to this and I want the best possible solution. 

Please don't waste your time if you do not know anything!!

Thank you for contacting us.

Could you provide more details regarding your router's WAN source, are you using a wired or mobile connectivity or is it connected to another WiFi access point?

Also, I would like you to send me a troubleshoot file. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.
