Can you please confirm, what is the network of the WIFI WAN source and RUT950's LAN network?
Please make sure that both are on a different network. Please change the RUT950 network to anything Random other than 192.168.1.0/24, you can change it to 192.168.23.0/24.
Can the customer try connecting RUT950 to another WIFI WAN source? please share the results.
You can try upgrading the firmware and changing the LAN network of RUT950.
Change the channel to auto on the Networks->Wireless page. The wireless client interface is disabled, please enable it, after the above changes.
