I have 50 RUT240's in my RMS with no issues....the last 3 Ive Setup the exact same way say they cant connect to RMS due to a Hostname Cant be Resolved Failure?  What hostname?  The one in the Router?  They are all the same name RUT240.  Did the RMS Site name change?

Hi,

Please ensure that your device has internet connectivity. Go to CLI of the device and ping 8.8.8.8
If ping failed, that means there is no internet on the device.

Other than that, you can try adding the RMS IP 18.196.62.30 on Services->Cloud Platforms-> RMS page.
Make sure your RUT240 has the correct time zone set up on it.
Check if you have enough credits on your RMS account.
If still cannot connect, please send the troubleshoot file via Private message. Download the troubleshoot from system->Administration->Troubleshoot.
