We use the TRB245 as 'SMS / call services'. So the customers can phone the TRB245 and the output relay will activate. After 5sec the output relay will be deactivated.

The client didn't used the 'call' function for like 22 day's, today he phoned the TRB245 but nothing happend. Also in the loggings there was nothing about 'disconnected' or something. After reboot the TRB245 works again, what could case this effect? Could it happen again?

Firmware version is : TRB2_R_00.07.01.4

It is difficult to estimate the possible reason for this occurance. 

For a more detailed investigation, a troubleshoot file would be a very helpful resource generated after the issue and before any device reboot, if it happened again.

To generate one, access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.

Also the TRB245 disconnect with the RMS services and later the TRB245 reconnects. I get emails from RMS sometime the connection lost is 3 minutes but sometimes also 30 minutes. After getting the messages the 'call services' doesn't work like it used to be. after reboot the TRB245 call function works again.
