Hi - I tried to update the firmware on my Teltonika RUTX11, and the device is now non-functional. Teltonika says I need to contact the seller. My phone is 219-224-3934

Hello,

In case of device failures such as this, it is suggested to perform a special recovery procedure before returning the device. For detailed instructions, please refer to the guide in the link: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTXxx_Firmware_via_The_Bootloader_Menu.

It is also recommended to download firmware before starting the procedure, as setting your device with a static IP address might disable your access to the internet or other devices. The firmware file can be downloaded here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUTX11_Firmware_Downloads.
