The trb245 loses connection to RMS and after a while the TRB245 reconnects. Sometimes this takes 5 minutes and sometimes more than half an hour. What could that be? the 4G connection is between -61dBm and -69 dBm. Is the data connection/4g connection not good? How can I analyze that?

Does the disconnection occur constantly, or did it just start recently?

Could you provide a serial number of the device?

I would also like you to send me a troubleshoot file. Please, make sure the issue has occurred recently, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.
