I believe I have added the TRB140 (s/n 1110873048) to Remote Management System (https://rms.teltonika-networks.com/management) and I have enabled RMS in the modem but I get Failure (Cannot connect to server) at the modem and Not Activated in the RMS.

I not from a similar question you asked for the troubleshoot file - attached.

I confirm the TRB140 has functioning internet access.

I am connected - I did not realize I had to click on Connect in the TRB140 configuration, I had assumed that saving the configuration was sufficient.

Hi Denville,

It's great you figured out the solution.

In future, make sure the below points:

  • Make sure your device is connected to the internet. Check if you can ping www. google.com
  • Check the Services->Cloud Platforms->RMS settings page. RMS should be enabled and click on connect button.
  • Check on the RMS account if you have entered the correct S/N and MAC add/IMEI of the device.
  • Ensure that your RMS account has enough credits on it.
  • On the RMS account, Management->Services section, make sure that Service, Monitoring and Auto Extend are enabled.
