Hi

I'm trying to forward port 21 for and FTP server an 8899 for a custom application, but
i cannot get neither to work.

I've followed the step-by-step guide several times (doing a factory reset inbetween), also tired using other external ports
in case the carrier has some of them blocked along with all other possible solution that I've found on this forum, but no success.

I have attached the troubleshooting file.

Hello

You can do port forward using the Port Forwards settings on Webui.

Navigate to Webui > Network > Firewall > Port Forwards

For more details on port forwarding follow the links below:

Yes, i have followed that.
The port forward rule is set to the correct LAN IP and is enabled, but it still does not work.
That is why I provided the troubleshooting file, for some admin/moderator to take a look at to figure out what the issue is.

Hi,

I've reviewed your config, port forwarding rules seem to be correct, the cause of this issue is that your mobile SIM has a CGNAT IP address which cannot be reached remotely like public IP address.
