Hello,

I want to take troubleshooting remotely. My question is i can take troubleshoting via RMS or just via RutOS?

Hello,

You can export your device's troubleshoot file through RMS. You should go to option Management > Devices and select the device from the list, then go to Actions > Export Troubleshoot. You can also see the steps on the following wikipage:

RMS - Export menu - Teltonika Networks Wiki (teltonika-networks.com)

After exporting it, the troubleshoot file will also be accesible to download from the option Management > Files on RMS.
