Hello,

I have bought a brand new Router RUT950 that I was willing to activate through 4G Card.

I did try both operator with 2 differents Sim Card but nothing happen.

Sim card is not detected...

What can I do ?

Hello,

I assume you have tried to reboot modem?

Also, based on the screenshot, you are using an older firmware version. I suggest upgrading. You can download the latest firmware from here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/RUT950_Firmware_Downloads.

Before upgrading, disable Keep settings option.

If the issue persists, I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file by editing your question. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.
