Kindly try rebooting the router and check whether you can be able to get the logs.
You can also access the CLI and use the command logread to try check the logs.
If the solution does not work, kindly share the troubleshoot file.
To obtain the troubleshoot file Go to System > Administration > Troubleshoot and download the troubleshoot file.
