Hello

One of my RUT955 serial 1107001748 with firmware RUT9_R_00.07.02.3 is not keeping logs of any kind.

Is there something I could do ? New firmware update was done not keeping previous settings.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Teltonika Crowd support.

Kindly try rebooting the router and check whether you can be able to get the logs.

You can also access the CLI and use the command logread to try check the logs.

If the solution does not work, kindly share the troubleshoot file.

To obtain the troubleshoot file Go to System > Administration > Troubleshoot and download the troubleshoot file.
