Hello everyone,

we are having trouble with our RUTX14 randomly loosing their mobile connection multiple times a day. The problem especially occurs when the device is under load. After approximately 3-4 minutes, the connection to the mobile network is reestablished.

I am aware of a similar question in this forum (https://community.teltonika-networks.com/47648/rutx14-looses-connection-with-wifi-4g-randomly-few-times-day), but I do not believe that this is the sole reaseon, as our RUTX12 are not affected by this probmel in any way.

Hello,

The logs you have provided do not indicate any disconnects.

You have a decent signal quality, you are connected to 3G network, up and running mobile interface and a successful OpenVPN initialization. Please generate a troubleshoot after the disconnection occurrence for it to be logged.
