RMS - the serial must be an integer. Was working before

An already added and controlled by RMS device is now giving me the error "the serial must be an integer"

It is an older RUT950 with serial number starting with a zero and having 8 digits.  Firmware is 6.09.2

The device was added to RMS and could be remote controlled for a few days before RMS starting giving this error.

Ideas?

Hello,

Could you send me the device serial number in a private message?

When exactly does this message appear?

Are you able to monitor and access the device in RMS?

Also, does the device show correct information in the web interface Status -> Device section?
