Upgraded to the last FW, everything looked fine. Did some remote access through teltonika RMS app after leaving the location. Mid through the remote session i lost connection and the router have now been offline for 18 hours. Have teltonika resigned from supporting their products since i could only find this forum?

Hello,

From RMS side, things are fine, your device is added and you have a valid credit.

It is the device that needs to be checked if it has internet connection in the first place.
