Upgraded to the last FW, everything looked fine. Did some remote access through teltonika RMS app after leaving the location. Mid through the remote session i lost connection and the router have now been offline for 18 hours. Have teltonika resigned from supporting their products since i could only find this forum?

Hello,

From RMS side, things are fine, your device is added and you have a valid credit.

It is the device that needs to be checked if it has internet connection in the first place.

Still, RMS say no connection and the security camera is also offline, that indicates that the router is dead

And why did this happen during the RMS session?
