Hello

A few weeks ago, the service to forward an SMS to an email started to fail. I updated the router to the last firmware, but still, it doesn't work (RUT2_R_00.07.02.4).

Indeed, using the old firmware, I had a choice to configure the receiver email password, but with the new one, I just needed to set up my email account. Easier, but still fail.

Is there any solution for a "regular" user?

Did it stop working with the new firmware or after some time after upgrading? 

Could you downgrade and check if the feature still works with the old firmware?

Next, I would like you to attach a troubleshoot file to your question. Please, replicate the issue, then access router's WebUI, go to System -> Administration > Troubleshoot section and download troubleshoot file from there.

The issue is there before and after the firmware update. Indeed, I updated it to try to solve the problem.
