RUTX12 Doesn't sync sims

Hello everyone, I have a trouble when my RUTX12 start, and the intefaces MOB are running, if go to failover windows the status is offline for  MOB interfaces, so the service is out. to fix the problem I have to reboot the modem cards and then the status change online, afther that the operation is fine. The problem appear again when the device is off an on again. the status failover in the MOBs are offline and the operacion go down again.

some one could told me what is happend ?

Have you recently upgraded device firmware?

Could you try to reset your device to factory default settings? For instructions check this page.

Hi, I can see that the problem was because the new firmware has the prblem, I have been checking with other new device and od version firmware, and the operation is correct.
