I wanted to know if there is a teltonika device that meets these requirements:
-Read data from an OBD2 vehicle
-Internet connection via sim card
-Provide GPS data
-Can send this data via MQTT protocol to an IOT platform.

There are solutions to convert obd2 to ethernet. That would make many more Teltonika products suitable for your needs. These converter cables are named “OBD E-net” cables.

Do you have any idea how I could read the OBD2 data with this converter on a RUT955?

Hello.

Currently, one device that can meet this demand is a RUT955. However, it cannot read data from an OBD2 vehicle. For this case, our recommendation is that you integrate the RUT955 with one of the Teltonika Telematics trackers.

Here are the links to the RUT955 and the trackers in the Telematics section.

I have no knowledge on how OBD2 protocol works. I use an Enet OBD2 adapter to code my car and that works over tcp/ip. But when you make the OBD2 modules reachable over the network, you can use any script from the Rut to access the data of the vehicle. It depends on what information you need from the vehicle how to access that.
