Hello,

I have attached a ss. Is this solution possible with your router955. 2 different IP needed (will act as Modbus TCP Slave) both ports will be forwarding data from modbus rtu device. VPN may create problem since topology is MRP ring on RSTP. Suggestions? Thanks

Hello,

Yes, this would be possible.

You would just need to use Port based VLAN function, to have let's say LAN1 be on one subnet and LAN2 on another subnet. Two subnets can be created by adding an additional static interface to the router and in the physical settings, select the created VLAN.
