The simcard tray (SIM2) of my RUTX11 was put inside with wrong upside. After that the simcard could not be removed anymore (with provide pin) and eventually the whole simcard tray fall inside of the box.

Is it possible to open box with (standard) allen wrench/hexagonal key? Which size do I need (if possible to open the case)?

Just opened the case (back plate) of the RUTX11 with 2,5 inbus key. First remove antennas and grounding screw, then the four inbus /allen / hexagonal screws.

After that I could remove the sim tray and put it back from front plate.

Looking at the design still wondering how the simcard tray could fall in the case.
